Openpath’s Finance team is responsible for managing the company’s financial profile. We are seeking a Financial Systems Transformation Manager with deep systems implementation experience and strong acumen for financial data flows between ERP, CRM and 3rd-party tools to work closely with the accounting, finance, sales, and engineering teams and support the organization’s successful scale.
What you’ll do & more…
Lead the continuous improvement and greater functionality of the existing Netsuite ERP system through collaboration with internal and external teams.
Drive the development of system modules within Netsuite and Salesforce to support the delivery of new products and services offered by the Access Control team
Lead and manage special projects that will help automate internal processes and improve business and accounting operational efficiencies
Serve as Subject-matter-expert of our ERP and CRM system and manage the system admin tasks
Play a critical role in building custom reporting to better support management reporting, accounting and financial forecasting
Other ad-hoc strategic analyses and work across the business, as necessary
10 + years experience in implementing ERP systems and related solutions for corporate finance and accounting teams at high-growth companies.
Solid understanding of GAAP accounting and key financial metrics
In-depth knowledge of B2B, built-to-ship and/or Subscription as a service (SaaS) data structures and revenue models
Proficient in NetSuite and Salesforce data engines
Proficiency in SaaS-based middleware and connectivity into Netsuite and Salesforce
Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills with a formidable attention to detail
Healthy curiosity to understand all aspects of the business
Ability to work collaboratively to drive cross-functional execution on business goals
Elevated pride of ownership in work product
Willingness to roll up your sleeves, be additive when and where you can, and support team tasks to help out the company when necessary.
