Over 20 contestants are signed up to see who makes the best chili in Jersey. Two winners, one in traditional red chili and one in salsa, will each gain a spot in the International Chili Society’s World Championship Chili and Salsa Cook-Offs, as well as additional cash prizes. A People’s Choice chili will also be selected. All guests can sample and vote for their favorites.

Jersey Club Sports is hosting its 3rd Annual Onesie Bar Crawl. Grab your favorite onesie and head to Morristown bars such as Horseshoe Tavern (the starting point), Iron Bar, Grasshopper and Revolution. Jersey Club Sports will do fun giveaways throughout the crawl. Tickets are $10pp and $15 at the door. Guests must wear a onesie to the bar in order to participate.

Hosted by New Jersey foodies @FindingFrancesca_ and @Wandering_for_eats at Calandra’s, this is a Galentine’s party for all the ladies. The prix-fixe menu, crafted by Food Network veteran Chef Francesco Palmieri, includes asparagus flatbread, salmon cake, petite filet mignon, lobster and shrimp Francese, banana bread pudding, and more. The party will start with a mix-and-mingle cocktail hour, with dinner to follow. $65pp.

Organic Wine Dinner, Long Branch • The Whitechapel Projects

A five-course dinner will be served with wines by Jean-Louis Denois and Gérard Bertrand. The night features live music and a reception with hors d’oeuvres and wine to start. The courses include winter salad, cauliflower bisque, pork chops with walnut and chili crema, boeuf bourguignon and, for dessert, dark chocolate and avocado mousse. Proceeds will benefit FulFill of Monmouth and Ocean. $102pp.

Sip craft bourbons and enjoy a four-course menu. Each course will come with a different bourbon, as well as teachings to enlighten guests about what they’re drinking. The menu includes sweet potato bisque, pork belly confit with tart cherry glaze, bourbon-glazed short rib and, for dessert, king cake—a circular, sweet-roll dough. $85pp.
