NEWTON FALLS — An Orwell man was booked into the Trumbull County jail Friday on aggravated menacing and telecommunication harassment charges, accused of threatening to shoot three people.
Seth D. Strock, 23, of East Main Street, Orwell, will be arraigned in Newton Falls Municipal Court on Thursday, jail records show.
The case involves a Feb. 13 incident on Ridge Road in Newton Falls. Three people made written statements about being threatened over the phone with shooting by shotgun.
