A missing woman has been found alive inside a Jeep submerged in a Texas lake, two days after she went missing.

Friday, a fisherman called authorities to report seeing a vehicle in Lake O’ Pines, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. The fisherman described seeing a black Jeep about forty feet from the lake’s boat ramp.
Authorities discovered the woman in the car once they began preparing to remove it from the lake. He was safely pulled from the water and taken to a nearby hospital. “We don’t know how long the Jeep was in the water,” Marion County Sheriff’s Office Capt. Chuck Rogers told NPR.
According to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, the woman is listed as a missing person by the Longview Police Department in Texas. His identity has not been released.
