What Are The Songs In Peacemaker Episode 8?

“Peacemaker” Episode 8 (“It’s Cow Or Never”) features the smallest number of songs in the entire first season, but luckily, all four songs are surely winners.

In the first scene, Leota Adebayo (Danielle Brooks) attempts to offer another apology to Peacemaker. Just before her rather long-winded apology begins, a song called “If You Really, Really Love Me,” by Steel Panther, plays in the background. According to Discogs, this is a song from the group’s 2011 album “Balls Out.” Next up is a song that hopefully sounds familiar to every fan of “Peacemaker” by now. As Peacemaker, Vigilante, and Harcourt (Jennifer Holland) move in on the ranch and begin killing nearly every Butterfly in sight, we once again hear the sounds of Wig Wam’s “Do You Wanna Taste It,” almost definitely one of the most perfectly suited theme songs in the history of television.

Later, as Harcourt begins her recovery at the hospital, Leota makes one last attempt to apologize to Peacemaker. Finally, Peacemaker agrees to accept Leota’s expression of regret. Just before Leota departs the hospital to make good on her apology, “Apologize,” by The Last Vegas, begins playing. Lastly, as the first season comes to a close, the credits are introduced with the sounds of “You Can’t Kill My Rock ‘n Roll,” a song by Swedish heavy metal band Hardcore Superstar (via Discogs).
