WARREN — Police and fire investigators Wednesday morning were looking into a possible arson at a house in the 100 block of Belmont Street NW.
According to a police report, fire and police units responded about 2:20 a.m. to the home where a smoke detector was going off and smoke and fire were discovered in the living room. A police officer saw a hole in the front window.
Investigators later found a Molotov cocktail in the kitchen.
The occupants in the home, including five children, got out safely, the report states.
